If you need a signal refresh on your radio you can go to the SiriusXM Radio Refresh Website or text the word REFRESH to 77917 and SiriusXM will send you instructions on how to send a refresh signal to your radio. Be sure to have your radio ID and the receiver on when you submit for the refresh.
